◆ Gather with other Chronicles readers for four group meals and spirited conversation.
The Rockford Institute’s Annual Winter School is designed for budget-minded travelers and students of all ages. Scholarships are available for full-time graduate and undergraduate students, as well as for teachers.
The price for the Winter School includes:
• seven nights’ (arrive Jan. 12; checkout on Jan. 19) lodging at the Grand Hotel Gianicolo (grandhotelgianicolo.it/english.html);
• daily breakfast; four group meals (either dinner or lunch);
• all lectures, discussions, and walking tours;
• and selected entrance fees to museums.
Prices*

Registration is limited. Previous Winter Schools have sold out. Registration fees are based on current exchange rates; the Institute reserves the right to assess a fee, should rates change significantly at the dollar’s expense. The Institute will make every effort to help find roommates for students who wish to take advantage of the shared-double rate. If no roommate is available, the difference between the shared-double rate and the single-occupancy rate will be assessed.
* All prices increase $200.00 per person after October 15, 2010.
